By using Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

All platform technology, branding, logos, designs, source code, website content, and software are owned by Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) or licensed to us.

Users retain ownership of the photos, videos, and content uploaded by them.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse any Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) intellectual property without written permission.

By using Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL), you confirm that:

• You are legally competent to enter into agreements under applicable law
• Information provided by you is accurate
• You have rights or permission to upload content
• Your use of the platform is lawful

Users under 18 years should use the platform under guardian supervision.

Some services require account registration.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping passwords secure
• Maintaining accurate profile information
• Activities under your account
• Informing us of unauthorized access

We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.

Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) may offer both free and paid plans, including premium albums, event features, extra storage, branding tools, and business services.

All charges will be clearly displayed before purchase. Applicable taxes including GST may apply.

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers.

We may offer trial plans, coupons, promotional pricing, or limited free access.

These offers may be modified, withdrawn, or restricted at our sole discretion.

Misuse of promotional offers may result in cancellation or suspension.

Users may cancel recurring plans before the next billing cycle.

Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to:

• Technical issues verified by us
• Applicable payment gateway timelines

Customized or event-based services may follow separate terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, abusive, or harmful content
• Violate privacy or copyright rights
• Spread spam, malware, or fraudulent links
• Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
• Impersonate others
• Misuse platform tools

We may remove violating content without notice.

Users may upload photos, videos, audio, captions, comments, and albums.

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure you have required rights, permissions, and consents for uploaded material.

Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) does not guarantee review of every uploaded file.

By uploading content, you grant Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, optimize, display, organize, and share the content as necessary to provide the service.

Ownership of your content remains with you.

Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) may integrate with payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, messaging tools, or social sharing platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or actions.

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor misuse
• Remove harmful or unlawful content
• Restrict suspicious activity
• Improve systems and features
• Conduct maintenance
• Limit abuse of storage or bandwidth

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary.

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable security measures, but users should also maintain backups of important media.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Create security risks
• Engage in repeated infringement
• Abuse services or payment systems

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, internet issues, or events beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over disputes.

Users agree to first contact Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) for a good-faith attempt to resolve disputes.

If unresolved, matters may be handled through arbitration, mediation, or competent courts under Indian law.

Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, missed uploads, or third-party failures.

Any direct liability may be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your uploaded content
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Misuse of the platform

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

Failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Klickshare (A part of AKRITI DIGITAL) regarding platform use.
